Full of good people talking about good things over great food, and I have a new certificate of appreciation for the solar stove and efficient cookstove work.
Was that glass dish provided to all of the participants? Otherwise it seems an awful coincidence that everyone has the same cooking ware… Looks yummy!
Those are the “pots” that come with the solar cookers that they all have from one of the projects I have been working on. It is a heavy pyrex insulator with a black interior cooking bowl. Works like a crockpot basically, but with the sun, of course. Always crazy delicious when the women cook for us. This was a ridiculous amount of food as well. It was impossible to try it all, but I gave it a good effort. :)
